I haven't done the Swiss Maturite, I've done the Finnish Ylioppilastutkinto, but I know how hard it's applying when you haven't done the typical A-levels, IB or such.

You should find the Swiss maturite in the International (non EU) section of the qualifications. You should put the subjects you've done in English and the grades according to your country's grading scales - don't try to convert them into A-level grades. The admissions tutors know about international qualifications and their grading scales so it should be fine.
