What are some useful french phrases for the topic of healthy lifestyle?

can you list a few french phrases related to the topic of healthy lifestyle (add the english meanings too please). i.e. views on alcohol, smoking, drugs and eating healthy, what i intend to do in the future to keep healthy and fit, and what i do now to keep healthy and fit.

i've already gathered a few phrases of which i have memorized successfully, but i still need a few more, and i can't think of any useful ones.

i need answers from either a french fluent speaker, or someone who is qualified in french, because translators don't translate the exact meanings so please!!!
