Offer requires a retake that was not listed on UCAS, do I have to inform UCAS?

In order to meet my offer I need to complete an unexpected retake. Do I need to inform UCAS of this change so the result can be passed on to the University or will the exam board handle it?

Several reasons: (a) I am not a moderator in this forum; (b) there is no need to close all threads; (c) the OP may wish to post a supplementary question; (d) others may wish to interpose with additional information (though I don't know what that might be).
