Halifax, HSBC or Co-op?

These 3 banks seem to offer the best overdrafts but im not sure which one to go for;

Halifax
- interest free overdraft upto £3000 for full length of my course plus 1 year after
- automatic £500 on account opening

Halifax does not state how much you are allowed in your first year though, anyone know?

HSBC
- interest free overdraft upto £3000
- automatic £500 on account opening

Again HSBC does not state how much you are allowed in your first year, anyone know?

Co-op
- £1400 interest free overdraft in your first year, rising to £2000 in year 3
- Have to deposit £300 to access overdraft.

Do you get the full £1400 straight away when you deposit £300?

So my question is which student account is the best, and when do we have to pay back these loans?
I think you dont have to pay anything back till you finish your course am I right?
