Writing down Chemistry on UCAS application

I just wanted to ask if universities will look down on you if you're planning to do A-Level Chemistry in one year and you put that in your application? How would you go around putting that in your application, would you just put Chemistry AS: pending, and Chemistry A2: pending? Wouldn't they not give you an offer because you have no predicted grade? Also, how would I write that down on my Personal Statement, the fact that I'm planning to do it in one year..

By the way, I'm applying for Pharmacy.
