Dunno mate ... Check ICL the have a part time program, not sure if they offer it as a full time though.

The best university of Actuarial Science is Cass Business School, London. Some other universities that have the same master is Southampton, University of Kent, Manchester University , Heriot-Wait University.

Imperial College offers this program but it is called Actuarial Finance It is a part time course. Not sure if someone can apply without working at the same time.
