Anyone lived at Sanctuary Manchester: Grafton Street before?

I am going to book a 2 bedroom apartment in the Sanctuary Manchester: Grafton Street, the name of the building is Nick Everton House. Anyone lived at here before? and how you find it?

It used to be called Cosmo, so that might be why you're having difficulty finding people who have lived there in the past? If you search this forum for Cosmo Manchester, there are a few threads, especially from when the building first opened.

Also, do you mean that you're trying to book a room in a two bed apartment or the whole apartment? Because they let out on a room basis.
