In doubt for A-Level subject combination

Hey everyone!

I'm waiting for my IGCSE results to come out for the following subjects.
- English Language B
- Mathematics
- Further Pure Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Human Biology
- Biology

As for my A levels, I am seriously in doubt of what subjects I should take. My ultimate dream is to study at the University of Cambridge, maybe in education or business management (that, I'm not sure yet.)

I'm planning to take the following subjects for my A levels:
- English Language
- Further Pure Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Business Studies

Can any of you guys advise me on what subject combinations I should take in order to get into the desired courses at Cambridge?

And please share some info about what I should prepare in advance to get into Cambridge? I mean, other qualifications or extra curricula activities???? I'm currently volunteering at a local school, teaching kids.

Thank you so muchhh! Means a lot if you replied!
OK I will be brutally honest I think English lang and Business are considered 'soft'. Therefore Cambridge might look down on these two subjects. English Literature might be better rather than English Lang, or if you don't like lit then maybe another essay based subject such as history etc.

I know you are considering business and I would take it if you are defo sure you want to do business or take it as your fourth subject and then drop it at A2. Or economics if your school offer it.

SOOOOOO.....
English lit
Maths
Chemistry
Economics/business

Never aim too big! It will be hard to get into cambridge but you can do it if you have the grades.
You should be aware that Management Studies at Cambridge is only a Part 2 course - you have to have studied 2 or 3 years of another subject first.
The choice of subject is much more important than the choice of university. Decide on that first, before you look at specific universities and courses. And Education at Cambridge is effectively a joint honours with English, English+Drama, History, Geography, Music, Natural Sciences, Languages, Classics, or Religious Studies. You need to be talented at and enthused by one of these options - you will be studying it for half your time alongside 'full-time' subject specialists, together with your education courses. Challenging, yes, but it is consistently rated the best Education department in the country.
