Should I confirm my place?

I have received an offer from loughborough university and I understand it has a very good reputation and high job prospectus however I want to know what the other benefits of coming to this university are, it would really help if people would list the Pro's and Con's of coming to this Uni.

Pros: Excellent student union, great community feel, state-of-the-art educational and sporting facilities, okay town centre, big cities just 20 odd minutes away, cheap(ish) accommodation, pretty good nightlife (considering how small the town is), good transport links, lots of placement opportunities and it consistently ranks in the top 20 universities.
Cons: It's not the prettiest of towns. Lots of grey.
