Should I retake exams for university?

Italian As: A
Italian A2: B
Total: B

Product Design As: C
(coursework: B exam: D)
*retaking the exam

Graphics As: no grade yet

English Lit & Language combined
Lit: D
Language: D (*retaking)

So, I'm retaking 2 exams in total and will have another 2 exams this year.

I want to study tourism management in surrey and I already got an offer that requires ABB.
I already have a B in Italian, but do you think I have a chance of getting an A somehow?

I was also thinking about retaking Italian but apparently I also got a B in speaking as well as writing and I seriously don't think I could improve it.

I was thinking about retaking my English language as well as it would better my chances of a better grade, however my teacher said it would be too much pressure.

What do you think? Is it worth it?

p.s. I have 4 conditional offers in total that ask for: ABB, BBB, BBC, BBC

If you already meet the conditions of an offer there really is no point retaking A-levels. You could always resit to get into a course with higher entry requirements if you would prefer to go another institution, however, check for any policy on resits (they are not always accepted).
