Scholarships or Financial Aid with the help of Cambridge Outstanding learner awards.

Hello. I have received an "Outsanding Cambridge Learner Award, Top in the World" for both CIE IGCSE Geography and CIE IGCSE Biology. How can that help me in applying to a UK university and can I apply for any kind of scholarship or bursary? If so, then in what kind of university? In addition, although I know this isn't the correct section for this question, do I mention the awards in my personal statement or are they sent along with my grades? Finally, to what extent can those awards help me get into a good university (assuming I get good grades at my A-levels ( I am aiming for A*)) I am currently studying Economics, History, Government & Politics, Mathematics, Russian and Greek ath AS-Level, using the Edexcel examination board.
