I'm currently taking further maths as a 5th AS and it is a lot of work and i was wondering if it is worth continuing with it or to drop it (if it's not a huge advantage for uni's like lse, warick or ucl)

Definitely LSE and probably the others too, I live with three economics students and those with further maths seem to have had it a little easier this year. If you were going to drop anything, I'd drop any other subject that wasn't maths or econ.
