GCSE Geography Case Study Answers (AQA)

I've got the physical paper tomorrow and I wondered if anyone had any tips about writing the case study answers, typically 8 marks long. The main reason I ask is that I'm concerned that if I was asked on the primary impacts of an event, I'd struggle to develop the point other than just, for example "250,000 were killed and 650,000 were injured". How can you develop facts like that into a higher level answer? Thanks, and good luck to anyone else with exams tomorrow
