Would really appreciate students views on mental health

My name is Bethan and I am doing some research into the needs of students around health and
wellbeing.

Mental health disorders is a more well known topic in this day and age, but there is still a lack of understanding about the causes and triggers.
Students are generally seen to be 'young and healthy' and are therefore overlooked when it comes to providing support.

What I need help with is your view on what causes you to feel stressed, depressed or anxious. Is it relationship worries, money, etc. and what does this have an impact on, e.g. weight, alcohol intake, college/uni work? And finally, do you feel you would benefit from information on how to manage these issues, including local services or resources?

Your response doesn't have to be very long, but I would really appreciate some answers.

Any chance you could help?

.If family/friends are in trouble/suffering/upset
.Exams
.Seeing horrible news stories.

This results in:
.More likely to snack
.Feeling stressed in school
.Distracted in school

Would you mind helping me with my own survey? http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2805507
