Is three B's good for A-levels, in the future when applying for jobs ?

I recently got my a level results and was happy as it got my into my first choice uni SOAS.

However I only achieved 3 Bs would that hold me back in the future, am not looking to one day work for top law firms in the city.

I was hoping to work for development/aid companies like NGOs, will future employers not want me because of my a level grades.
300 UCAS points is fairly decent, imo.
Most graduate schemes ask for minimum 300 UCAS points so you should be ok.

I also have an E in AS French which counts for 20 points
