Did anyone try making money online?

I heard people saying about getting rich in the internet with low cost.

I really need some money to take care of my expense but I am not really sure if make money online is possible.

Anyone try it before?
The only way to make money online is if you put a LOT of time and effort into it, and there'll still be costs on your end - domains, hosting, site design (best to outsource that but it still costs). You can't just get something for nothing - making money online is perfectly possible, but you get what you work for.

You can 'get rich with low cost' by purchasing a £1 lottery ticket. Does not mean it is easy or happens often.

The reason you hear about the 0.01% of people who got rich online is because they're the only ones talking about it. The 99.99% who didn't get rich, wasted potentially years of their lives and thousands in investments are less likely to publicly advertise it.

There won't be poor people or people with less than they need if it was true.

Look up some binary option trading systems. There is risk involved with them, but people have come up with some impressive systems that make financial gain all but guaranteed, provided that you have an initial investment of about £200. And no, it does not require you giving that money over to someone else; you need that initial sum to start doing the trades.
Matched Betting is hardly "getting rich"

Erm, you could try writing then, some websites would pay decent money if you could write a decent intresting article. It has to be original though. Could get around £60 per article(check out listverse, cracked, hub pages and helium). You Could also try looking around the net for little competitions, this isn't reliable, but for relatively little work you could make decent cash, for example, a website called Cracked does this little contest, where you could win $50(£30) if you win. Here how the contest works:

If you have a lot if knowledge about an area, this website:citydata forum, offers 500(£300) dollars to the most helpful member, though obviously that is time consuming and you need huge amount of knowledge.

Selling is an option, or trade in stuff you don't need. There are countless website out there that would pay to have your old phone, camera, DVDs, books etc. The downside is that it varies widely and you need to have a lot of quality stuff to make any sizeble amount of money.

There is also surveys, but you have to be very patient, most only pay about 40p to £1.90 per survey. If you keep at it, you could eventually make some decent cash from that, but you need A LOT of free time.

If you're really desperate, you could try online gambling, but I wouldn't advise that, as you could loose a lot.

Obviously though, if got the education and skills, you could always do freelancing work, but I'm guessing that isn't an option for you.
