Is it true that english unis ignore those points? Meaning that if they want me to have 35 its out of 42????

My firm offer is 37 overall, i.e. incl. bonus points. Good thing that, as I am predicted three bonus points.

How can I check whether the offer includes those points... If the offer says just the amount of points, does it mean WITH the bonus pooints,....???

Only way to find out is to write and ask them.

Most unis accept them (Camebridge accepted mine for Natural Sciences, though I declined the offer). It depends a little on the subject. As an example, if you apply for philosophy they will probably accept them because TOK is essentialy philosophy.
