I am ready.
Do we need to know the structure of an amino acid?

Don't think you need to know the different parts in detail just how they work. Mainly just learn the differences or each and their advantages and disadvantages
Also please can someone explain what is meant in co transport which says the sodium ions are transported down a concentration gradient (facilitated diffusion) but what is meant by the glucose molecules are transported UP their concentration gradient at the same time? Is this active transport?

No,just know the differences between light microscopes and electron microscopes.
You must also know the advantages, disadvantages, similiarities and differences between TEM and SEM microscopes (they are both electron microscopes).

Thank you!
5 markers could be on
SAN/AVN
competitive/non competitive inhibitors
diseases like asthma, fibrosis, pulmonary tuberculosis
plasma membrane
microsocpes
cell fractionation
factors affecting enzyme action
ventilation mechanism
cardiac cycle
specific/non specific mechnisms
vaccination
primary/secondary response

basically pretty much anything that has a good chunk to write about or like processes or something

Is this question asking for SAN/AVN or cardiac cycle?
What WIULD a 5 mark response to cell fracination be never done it before
