Do vaccines contain antibodies or antigens?

I am super confused- i thought that vaccines always had attenuated micro-organisms/ or just the pathogens in order to stimulate antibody production/ immune response. But in the AQA textbook it talks about injecting antibodies? Sorry if this question is stupid but help pleassssssssse!
Antibodies can be used as drugs in their own right and are injected to stop the gut from breaking them down I think herceptin is an example but you would have to check. I think some vaccines can also be made from antibodies but you will have to check.
