Geography human case study list

I've got the AQA human geography (specification A) exam on the 3rd June 2015, I'm trying to revise case studies but I can't find a list of the case study titles anywhere. I'm doing population change, urban environments, and tourism. The aqa revision guide has 2 case studies for urban environments yet my teacher has given us a list of 5 for that topic?? I'm so confused!!

The AQA textbook doesnt include all the required studies which may appear in the exam...the CGP is very good for geograpgy as it provides all the case studies which are broken down into subtopics
