I received two offers and I really don't know which uni should I choose.. Anybody wanna give advices ?

You should be basing this on the best course offered and prospects, but you don't mention what you want to study .

Personally RH is in a place that I would prefer but no experience of Northumbria
I would expect living costs in the south to be higher. Bear in mind the travel costs.
