Ex Guardian journalist exposes Guardian bias

Why are these hysterical 'exposed' things always a Youtube video and never just a block of text that people can read without listening to someone drone on for 20 minutes?

Without watching it, because it's a Youtube video and not a block of text, I don't think anyone really treats the Guardian as a bastion of independent journalism and don't think their bias needs to be exposed, considering it's visible from space and everyone knows it is.

Some people think the Guardian is holy scripture. Its important to expose this institution for its agenda and lies.

Nobody thinks this. You are delusional.

Every single last newspaper on the planet is biased one way or another. They have to pander to sponsors and financiers. What we should be doing instead is calling on newspapers to be transparent about which way they are leaning. Newspapers are for-profit organisations, of course they have an agenda, else they'd be unable to survive. For example, The Sun is able to justify its existence, by being a mouthpiece for the Murdoch empire to impart its messages onto the common man.

Let's not start pretending there is a single media outlet on planet earth that isn't biased one way or another!

Yes, of course, but the Guardian is the home of the new religion of progressive left wing ideology.

To its readers, it is more than just a newspaper. Buying the Guardian is an act of piety. It is read is hushed tones.

To the BBC the Guardian literally is the bible according to ex BBC newsreaders Peter Sissons.

The Guardian is supposed to be better. Better!

If some people think that, a 20-minute Youtube is not going to shake up their "faith", let alone break it.
