I got an email saying that I will be receiving my CAS within 24 hours, however I have yet to receive it. Though I am unsure I am looking for it correctly on EUclid since the instruction picture they sent does not match how my Euclid looks exactly but I'm looking under my messages there.

Anyone else run into this problem? I just don't want to waste their time if it's something simple that's a user error haha.
