To transfer, then you would be required to have covered course content to the same standard and relevance of the course you're transferring to. Best thing to do is look at which universities you would wish to transfer to and then see if they accept transfers.

Biomedical science and pharmacy, although perhaps with some overlap in course content, probably aren't similar enough for a transfer. Again, you would have to ask the universities you're interested in though. No one on here can tell you.

I would agree with the person above me; You may well be able to transfer between biomedical science courses at different universities (but are you doing this because you want to make a huge leap? eg London Met to Kings College?) It depends on whether there is space on the course and whether you fulfil the requirements of "advanced standing", that you are equivalent in knowledge to the same level as someone having complete the first year at your chosen transfer university.

Moving from Biomedical Science to Pharmacy is unlikely, especially as Pharmacy is an undergraduate Masters degree and you have to constantly show you are able to move up to the next year and would also have specialist practise modules in your first year so this is unlikely without reapplying through UCAS again.
