1 Bedroom open for students, near University of Wales Trinity Saint David Carmarthen

Like the title says this pretty big room is free for someone to claim it for £300 a month (Bills included) in a 9 bedroom house (SA31 3DE), perfect for Trinity Saint David and Coleg Sir Gar students(both 15 mins walk). There are three bathrooms(shared) and a nice big kitchen. Urgently looking for someone to fill the room. If anyone out there is looking for a room near those universitys please give me a reply or pm me, I just moved to a different uni and my landlord is not letting me cancel my contract with this room till I find someone to take this room so please contact me if you need the room.
