Actually wasn't his father born in Palestine but to an Egyptian father? There's definitely some back and forth there.

I would be interested to know your position on the idea that Palestinians, uniquely amongst all refugee groups, can pass down their refugee status almost like inherited property. So if you are a guy who was born in England, whose parents were both born in England, you are still considered a Palestinian "refugee" if your paternal grandfather was born there.

It makes a mockery of the concept of being a refugee

Actually, it's a myth that this is unique to Palestinians. All refugees can pass on their refugee status. It's true that there is a questionable difference in definition between UNRWA (Palestinians) and UNHCR (more or less all other refugees) - the latter counts those who are citizens of other countries as no longer being refugees, whereas the former still counts them as refugees. So UNHCR wouldn't class the Palestinians in Jordan who are Jordanian citizens (plus the few who are citizens of somewhere else entirely) as still being refugees, but this would still leave the majority of UNRWA-classed refugees as UNHCR refugees.

Also, UNRWA's definition of a refugee actually predates UNHCR's.

You are overgeneralising in a way that suggests you are either ignorant of the history of Yishuv or deliberately obfuscating.

There are Jewish families who never left the Levant.

Which has no relevance to the "indigenous status" of the vast majority of Jews who do not fit that description. And for the record, the PLO Charter recognises the "Old Yishuv" and says it considers them Palestinians.

Citation please re Herzl.

"important experiments in colonization have been made, though on the mistaken principle of a gradual infiltration of Jews. An infiltration is bound to end badly. It continues till the inevitable moment when the native population feels itself threatened, and forces the government to stop a further influx of Jews. Immigration is consequently futile unless we have the sovereign right to continue such immigration.”

I don't know why you decided to star out the FREE in "Free Palestine"...
You get randoms in every movement, doesn't mean all of the people there agree with those views.
