I believe they get the information from the Open Electoral Register. You can opt out of this.

Pretty standard and available online from mainstream sites like 192.com. Making your electoral register entry private will help, but once your details are out there, it's unlikely that you will be able to clear it from the internet. Name/email/phone/address info is a traded commodity.
