When can I leave?

I'm half way through my third year doing a joint psychology and sociology course. It's going okay. I scrape through with only myself to blame. I want out asap but don't want the last few years of my life to be a waste.
If I leave will at the end of my third year hopefully passing all exams, will I leave with some kind of degree? Can I use it to get some kind of job?

If your third year is the final year of your current course(s) and you gain a 2.1 or above degree classification, then of course you can gain employment. Obviously not at the level of employment you might gain with a post grad qualification but decent employment nontheless.
