UK medical school resources/lectures

Hi!

As a UK national studying abroad it would be useful to find any resources out there from uk medical schools, just a way to structure my learning somewhat

Does anyone know of any resources like online lectures, or course lecture slides that have been uploaded that I could get my hands on?

Just beginning to start clinical classes so things on Internal med/Surgery would be particularly useful
