Why is there so much maths involved in the new spec??!! :frown:

I know right! It's so annoying, I was using new spec papers to make revision notes and as I was flicking through, I noticed that the majority of the paper was made up of calculations or analysing data! And this is how I lose my marks!

It's actually ridiculous!! They're expecting us to remember all the content about processes etc and a lot of formulas/Maths to be able to analyse data!!
I can't imagine how much worse next year will be!! We have to remember everything for AS as well as A2! My brain feels like it's going to explode!

Urgh, I don't know! I thought I was getting away from maths at A level!! Clearly not!! Umm... I think you can go onto the edexcel website or just try typing in 'Edexcel AS level biology maths equations 2016' or something like that into Google??
