When are St Dom's saying you've got a conditional offer, and how?

I've been to the admissions seminar, but I kinda forgot when they're going to contact you to say you've got a place.

Also, will you be getting an E-Mail, call, letter, etc.?

I just wanted to clarify these facts, thanks.
