IB subjects for criminal law/justice

I'm in my first year of IB and I'm taking

English A HL
Spanish B HL
Business HL
History SL
ESS SL
Math Studies SL

It's not really possible for me to do History HL.

Are my subject choices okay?

They're fine. As long as you have an essay based subject at HL, it really helps your application. However, bear in mind, most law schools do not mandatorily require you take any particular subject or combination of subjects, so you should be fine.
