Uni hasn't taken accommodation fees out

Heyy everyone so I was just wondering what has happened, I think my uni has forgotten to take my accommodation fees out and can't find anyone on the internet with my predicament. Do you guys think I should contact them or should keep it quiet (I know I'm a terrible person but come from a very low income family). Normally the money comes out every semester but they haven't, is it possible they have forgot? Thanks in advance x
