Its just a situation to deal with, dont make a drama of it. Hot drinks eat well and get enough sleep.
On the morning of the exam have some decongestant if bunged up and take your medication 15-20 mins before start. If you feel sleepy then have some coffee. It should be enough to get through. If you manage it and you are lucky then you could get rid of it in a week and that might not impact too many exams. You do need to take special care though and stay away from other ill people to avoid infection.
