You aren't supposed to tell anyone who you voted. Election law (specifically section 66A of the Representation of the People Act 1983) makes it an offence to publish before the polls close at 10pm.

today, vote to vanquish the venal and the vile. Vote for an end to crony capitalism and city corruption. Vote for fairness and equality. Vote for peace and prosperity, not war and austerity. Vote for a better britain for the many, not the few.

That just means there wasn't a candidate standing for those parties in your area!

In many constituencies parties have stepped down in order to help Labour or the Tories e.g Greens have stepped down to help Labour, UKIP stood down to help Tories

All these polls show is that TSR users are leftists who support Corbyn. Thankfully young people's voter turnout tends to be low so the country isn't going to be a socialist hell hole anytime soon.

Do you have a clue what you are talking about?

I'm too young to vote by a month :/
Why would Corbyn abolish all University fees? Surely that would lead to more people applying and the entry requirements raising. Also the value of degree may be lessened, especially seeing that you haven't invested money in your education

Value of a degree went long ago. It was free once remember.

I find it amusing how quite a lot of young people have a negative opinion about older generations and their voting habits, for example how they say that the older generations caused brexit and messed up their future.. and in the same way I saw something on twitter saying how they wish that there will be an M&S sale on election day so the middle age and elderly generations do not vote.

now obviously, as people get older, then become more intelligent and wiser, as they have experienced more of the world, and lived through many different governments. (the average 40,50,60 year old is far more switched on, politically aware and wiser than an 18 year old ) (I am 18 btw)

Isn't it quite telling that as people get older, they tend towards conservative (right).. and a far larger of number tend towards right as they age, rather than the otherway around. I told this to your typical buzzfeed watching labour supporting sheep with no knowledge of economics politics etc.. but saw a VICE video so now is on the road to marxism .. and they couldn't seem to grasp what I was saying, or implying. What is everyone's opinion on this? (it is very likely that a large number of people reading this are labour supporters and will tend towards the right with age)

It's expensive to run a candidate in every seat, especially when they might lose their deposit, so only the major parties stand in most seats. Also regional parties (SNP, UUP, Plaid, etc) are only relevant, and therefore stand, in those regions.

And for you, Conservatives, Labour, etc don't stand in N Ireland.

Just to compare this "Exit" poll with last week's TSR Poll in (brackets) for the major parties only :

Conservatives: 17.14% (16.73%) = +0.41%
Labour: 61.09% (63.60%) = -2.51%
LibDem: 4.95% (8.07%) = -3.12%

So, very unscientifically, it appears the LibDem vote, which was already low, has collapsed on TSR, and actually the Conservatives have managed to slightly increase their vote in the past week.

Labour but only because it was either that or Tory in both my areas... :/
