My friend has an Oedipus complex

My friend keeps going on about how much he likes his Mum and it makes me really uncomfortable. I think his Mum is pregnant and I'm worried about the health of what might be his brother. Any help is appreciated.

It's hard to offer you any advice with so few details. Why do your friends comments make you feel uncomfortable exactly, and why would these affect the health of the future child?

Also using your friends full name online makes me think that this is A) a hoax or B) a case of someone stupidly making slanderous allegations online.
