Jobs in Richmond/Roehampton

Hi guys

Does anyone know what to do about working whilst at uni? I'm gunna need a part time job to make ends meet and I just wondered whether it's best to work in the actual uni, is the pay better? Or is it better to work like at the local supermarket? I've looked on indeed and it does say there's some vacancies at local supermarkets but I'm just not sure what to do. Also how many hours a week is an acceptable amount? I don't want to be too stressed trying to have a social life, study and work but I need the money.

There's always a few jobs going on campus, and there's a big Asda not far (plus a couple of shops, pubs, etc locally) for part time vacancies. Most people, however, tend to commute at least a little bit for work. Wandsworth, Clapham, Kingston and Fulham are all much bigger/busier places to get work, and all fairly easy to get to from Roehampton.
