You can yes but will have to retake all papers if they're linear subjects. What are you wanting to do at uni and how do your unis see retakes?

yes, it depend which a levels you did whether you have to resit all the exams or not though
See where I live jan retakes are available, Is it possible to retake in jan and then send my application in march first week, because that is when results come out.
