im worried that ill be in the same boat as ive been rejected from 3/4 choices
I haven't heard back from barts so im preparing for the worst

Worst case scenario you take a gap year and reapply or do something else, in the meantime you’ve still got hope - good luck 😊
I’m also only waiting on one reply and I’m not optimistic but we’re gonna be alright

Think about it this way. A gap year will let you learn a lot of new things and to go travelling. Also, you won't get another chance to have a whole year to yourself until retirement or if you manage to get a sabbatical during employment.
