Anyone using the Postgraduate loan? I'm having trouble with City online registration
My postgraduate loan covers full fees, and I was told if this is so then I may be able to pay my tuition fees in installments instead of half upfront and half in January. I have as requested emailed the income team with my postgraduate loan summary and still have had no reply, and my City tuition fee payment scedule on the online registration system has not changed. Is anyone else having this problem?
This happened to me. Try emailing the registration team about it with your loan proof and mention your previous email to the income team. It took about a week in a half to get handled. They didn't tell me they fixed it I had to keep checking the online registration page. Hope this helps
