Student Finance Question- quite urgent
After your application has been approved and you've received your first payment etc. When you send evidence to get a higher maintenance loan (as sfe asked for it and gave you the basic maintenance loan), how long does it take for them to process it and also, how do they pay you back the rest of the money you was entitled to on your first payment, is it asap, or in the 2nd instalment ? Or they don't include it and just move onto the next installment?Thanks
Best way to find this out is to go on their facebook page SFE (england) and comment the question under one of their posts. They always get back to you and they're really helpful.
I believe it is all dependent on your bank, but then it comes in regular installments. Hope someone else can provide a more useful answer though, sorry.
