how many marks would such a maths question be worth? (AS)

Find out values of x in the range such that 0<x<360 to the nearest degree.

sin2x + 2cos2x = 0

I didnt do this question and i left it out. I was wondering how many marks I would have lost. Thanks.

In my specification that isn't an AS question, It's A2.But I would guess 4-5 marks

Nothing lower than 3 marks. Although I'm not too sure what exactly the mark would be. My guess would be 3 or 4.

I'm hoping it's either 4 or 3.

It's from an AS paper. We did it today and I was wondering how many marks it would be. It was a question just on its own. No other parts.
its about 5/6 in as and 3/4 in a2

Probably 3-5. Surely the question paper tells you how many marks it is?

What's more important is knowing how to do it. Do you now know how to do it?

Spoiler
