Station Preparation A4

Hello! It says in my interview invitation email that I am to prepare an A4. It says that an example has been attached, I have been searching for it in the email I received, in my junk folder and seemingly everywhere and can't find it. Could anyone possible send me a copy of this attachment, or is that against the rules?

I am freaking out a bit here...

Congratulations on getting an interview - and don't panic! If you reply to the email explaining the error, or email the medical school here ([email protected] ) they'll be able to send you the missing example.
