Please help

Hello I am going to cut a long story short I have been married for over 12 years and have a daughter of 9 years but since the birth of our daughter I have been lucky to get sex twice a year I no my wife has had problems she has a under active thiryod ( don’t know if I have spelt that right ) and has had a prolapse of a bladder operation I am very understanding and patient but it is starting to drive me nuts can somebody please help ??????
