Ensuite Room for let

Hi there,

I am currently a postgraduate student at Swansea University, but due to unexpected circumstances, I am dropping out of the University by the end of the week commencing 12/02/2017.

I currently have a contract for a room with ensuite bathroom, which the contract ends, 25th August 2018. It's a very spacious room, with all bills included, including Wi-Fi. The building also includes games room, study room, gym, laundry room, easy access both to singleton and bay campus and The town centre is very close by, only 10 minutes! The rent for the ensuite room is £125 per week.
