Hard choice

Hi everybody, I applied this year for I place in Biomedical Science.
Now I'm very confused because I need to take a choice, between the University of Dundee, or Edinburgh Napier.
On one side I really love to stay in Edinburgh, because I love that city, but I don't know much about Napier University, could someone give me some advice? what is the best university between this two?
