What makes a PERFECT STUDENT?

I just wanted to ask what you think makes a perfect student.
Consider the following
GCSE GRADES
A LEVEL GRADES
PUNCTUALITY
AMOUNT OF REVISION PER DAY
WHAT TEACHERS THINK OF HIM/HER

me personally, I would say good grades(both of them) and what the teachers and the amount of revision per day.
Determination and a positive mental attitude.

Perfect A Level and GCSE Grades, extensive extra curricular, being viewed favourably by both teachers and other students.
A person who has to work hard for his/her grades.
Doesn’t get into trouble much.
Teachers have a positive outlook on them, so do peers.

Grades are kinda half and half for me, I would much rather have a hard worker than someone who gets good grades.
The right balance of motivation and talent

Doesn't just memorise, but understands the principles behind what they learn and are able to therefore apply it to unfamiliar contexts - which is where you distinguish yourself.
