EU Multiple choice test- does it repeat the same questions?

I'm revising for the EU MCT and really finding it quite thankless.

My issue is that a lot of the practice questions I've been looking at when reviewing my progress REALLY have more to do with the case law than problem solving- which annoyingly is what was focused on in class.

In class it was all about the problem solving and MUCH less about the detail of what XYZ case decided etc. The main thing was learning how to apply to structure to interrogate questions.

That now feels like a waste of time having learned that, almost.

I've heard that basically, the test will recycle many of the same questions previously used, and therefore a good bet is to look at the questions on the VLE and try to memorise the cases and answers given- will this help at all?
