Gave my 16 digit ucas code by accident

I received a text from Barclays and accidently gave them my code, I don't want to open a student account with them, I want to cancel it how do I do this?

It's highly likely it wasn't actually Barclays who texted you - banks will not ask you for personal information over a text. You can't cancel a text once it's sent.

There was previous Barclays history of chat on there so it must of been them

Banks will not ask you to give out any personal information over text, so that seems even more dodgy. I personally would go to your local branch and ask a member of staff, and also contact UCAS to see if there's any advice they can give you.
