Bournemouth/Portsmouth Uni

Heey right need some advice. hoping to start uni in september to do social work but completly undecided between the Bournemouth and Pompey.
Out of the two wheres best halls for accommodation? is the night life decent best ones for night life and meeting decent people?
Course wise they seem just as good as each other but just scatting out that what ever i choose i'll end up with boring people
Portsmouth had got someone insanely good halls now and more to come but Bournemouth has the better night life, Portsmouth night life is very one dimensional

Hey,
I'm a student at BU so hopefully I can help. First of all I would click on this link which shows all of the accommodation that we offer and if you click on each one, it will describe if it is 'lively' or not, from that you can choose which one you like, according to your budget: https://www1.bournemouth.ac.uk/why-bu/accommodation/accommodation-september-starters

The night life is great at Bournemouth because there is a huge range, with a different club specialty every day. For example, we have Toast Tuesday, Cameo Wednesday, Lollipop Friday etc. Have you visited an open day? If not, you can book one here: https://www1.bournemouth.ac.uk/open-days

Bournemouth is also known for its' lovely beach and shops so it may be a good idea to attend an open day so you get a good feel for the surrounding area.

Here is a link to the BU applicants' thread as you may be able to meet other people who are also studying the same course as you: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=5199312
